London-based trading and risk management company Iris Financial has appointed Michele McGovern as chief executive. Previously McGovern founded and served as managing director of Ferous, a business acceleration firm; she will continue as board member and adviser. Prior to Ferous, McGovern was president and chief executive of Argenesis, a financial services technology company.
